Appointments:
To ensure prompt service, we recommend scheduling an appointment. While walk-ins are welcome, availability may be limited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.
Late Arrivals:
We will try our best to accommodate your service if you arrive. However, please note that we may need to shorten to avoid delays for other clients. Thank for your understanding.
Children/Guests:
For safety and relaxation reasons, we ask that parents or guardians always supervise your children while in our salon. We cannot assume responsibility if an accident may occur

Refunds:

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for services only. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
